Our Global Health Room is about realizing the universal human right to health.
We aim to help people, families, regions and nations reach their health potentials via access to vaccines, health technologies and medicines. We specialize in providing market expertise and achieving successful health supply chains.
COVAX used innovative APAs as their means to rapidly secure Covid-19 vaccine volumes for countries that otherwise may have been left behind. The Yellow House provided advice on operationalizing the APAs with partners, self-procuring countries, AMC countries and humanitarian buffer deliveries.

WHO: Access to Medicines, a key building block of universal health coverage
Equitable access to essential medical products, vaccines and technologies of assured quality, safety, efficacy and cost-effectiveness, and their scientifically sound and cost-effective use is one of the six health systems building blocks. To support countries to build their health systems to achieve universal health coverage (UHC) through a primary health care (PHC) approach, we designed the scope, structure, functions, and ways of working so that WHO’s ‘access to essential medicines’ is fully integrated in UHC and PHC.
