About Us
Why we're here
Everything we do is for humanity.
A house implies something personal and The Yellow House is no different. Centered around humanity and our innate humanness, The Yellow House was created in 2019 by former UN Assistant Secretary General and UNICEF Deputy Executive Director Shanelle Hall to affect some of the most pressing issues in the world today. Our team has come together from leading social impact institutions, leaving their positions of authority to provide greater impact in our rooms: Global Health, Anti-hate and Equality, Futures and Innovation, and Workforce. As former insiders now working from the outside, we provide new vantage points that both understand the burdens of the ecosystem and how to lighten its load through work that is authentic and without restriction. In our House, we value speaking freely and providing refreshing perspectives that are meaningful and impactful.
For humanity.
