Jørgen Kofoed
Head of analysis and planning

Jorgen joined The Yellow House in 2020 and leads the work on big data, analytics, evidence generation and planning. Jorgen has more than a decade of experience in a variety of roles in UNICEF Supply Division covering tasks throughout the supply chain from supply forecasting and all the way to the evaluation of supply chain performance. He has supervised the work on demand planning and long-range forecasting of 2.5 billion vaccine doses annually and ensured uninterrupted supply of vaccines to nearly half the world’s children in approximately 100 countries. Jorgen has an extensive background in data analysis for decision making, including internal and external reporting, and developing and monitoring dashboards covering data from multiple levels of the supply chain. He has led demand quantification of malaria vaccines, emergency supplies for the Ebola outbreak in 2014 and the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to UNICEF, Jorgen worked at PWC where he supported financial audits of large multinational corporations and their foreign subsidiaries.
